Corporate Finance is involved in the task of supplementing
Divisional Finance in meeting the various needs of the Business
Divisions of J&J.
It consists of motivated members who are professionally
qualified and widely experienced in various areas of Finance.
Each of the Finance Team member strives very hard to work
on the 4 Cs:
- Contribution to Business
- Customer Service
- Control and Compliance
- Caring for People
Whether it is achieving best "Fast Close" processes or
compliance with new Accounting Standards, exploring
various Cost-saving Opportunities or delivering innovative
MIS for decision making, Corporate Finance has always
been in the forefront.
Corporate finance handles a diverse portfolio of finance-related
functions such as Treasury, Internal Audit, Transaction
Processing, Employee Compensation services. Management Information
reporting and Taxation, to name just a few.

The Human Resource function in J&J is shared amongst
the divisions. The division is involved in customizing
people solutions that are specific to needs of the
business and the overall direction in which the
business is headed. 
The
Corporate Law Department team comprises of professional
versatile lawyers who focus on business aims and objectives
and are committed to providing customers, positive
and constructive advice.
