The J&J Academy for Excellence in Customer development was our effort towards building a competent and enterprising Customer Development team. The Academy endeavors to create a 'learning' organization within CDO.

The Academy develops customized and certification programs for the Customer Development people at different levels in conjunction with reputed Training organisations.
