Customer Service and Support Group (CSSG)

The Customer Services Support Group function acts as a link between Sales, Marketing and Operations. It is responsible for the key role of Forecasting, scheme and price management and finished goods logistics. This is a relatively new function within the Customer development organisation and has contributed immensely in contributing robust Sales Management process in the organisation.

The proof of these processes and improvement lies in Consumer being a Class 'A' Certified (Manufacturing Resource Planning -II) organisation by the International organisation Oliver Wight Inc.
