The technical organisation comprises of a team of dedicated and qualified scientists aiming to create total consumer offerings with specific focus on products, packages and advertising claims by working in partnership with Marketing and Product Supply organizations.

The vision of the technical team is to continuously meet the consumer health care needs, building lifelong bonds, partnering with customers and health care professionals.

The innovative organization is fun to work in and passionately practices the Standards of Leadership and effective leadership standards.

J&J Consumer Lab with its pool of outstanding talent is considered to be the 'best in class' in the AsPac region. The team not only caters to the needs of the local consumer, but also leads the development of concept / product / packages for the overseas market.

To this end, several new products have been successfully developed and launched by understanding consumer requirements thereby uncovering their unarticulated needs. Some of the new products launched in recent years in the local Indian market are:

  • Johnson's Baby Milk Bath
  • Johnson's Baby Oil with Vitamin D
  • Savlon Soap
  • Johnson's Baby Moisturising Soap (Regular and Blossoms)
