We realize that as a student or recent graduate
from pharmaceutical background, you have various
career options. Training and working with
us will create a learning environment drawing
on the knowledge, proficiency, skill and aptitude

Here is a sample of some of the interesting
work we do.
Pharmaceutical Product Development is amongst
the most challenging and comprehensive of
all technologies. It involves amalgamation
of several regulatory requirements with the
complexities of pharmaceutical technology
and manufacturing. To do so successfully,
a team of highly motivated individuals is
needed.
You will be working with small laboratory
equipment to start with. As your work progresses,
you will independently handle pilot scale
projects. Finally you will be assigned technology
transfer on production scale equipment to
manufacture products worth millions for the
patients under full process validation setup.
You will manage stability samples and data,
prepare reports for stability and feasibility.
Your daily schedule will included meeting
suppliers of various equipment, innovative
excipients etc. Your regulatory knowledge
will be tested in development of product packaging
and labeling. Your people skills will be sharpened
while working with contractors, who manufacture
a major portion of our products. Analytical
abilities will be a great asset while trouble
shooting of technical issues.
We have an excellent record of compliance
with all current GMP and GLP regulations,
and our activities are additionally governed
by our rigorous SOPs.
